When you place an order with Travelngear.com, we do everything we can to pack, ship, and have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.
We use the following carriers: Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS and USPS. It is possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order with us. Please be advised that carriers may require someone to sign for your shipment. If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the package(s), and will not be left at the door. If the carrier requests that someone signs for the shipment and no one is available at the time of the delivery a notice card will be left where you may pick up the parcel. If you do not pick up the parcel in time, it will be sent back to our warehouse. If your package is returned please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Shipping is available only to addresses in Canada and the United States (except the states of Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii). PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES. Also, if you are requesting your shipment to be sent to a US address, customs fees may apply. All shipping and processing time frames and/or shipping methods/providers listed on Travelngear.com are to be considered estimates and are not guaranteed.
Please note orders’ arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as the volume of orders, postal mishandling and technical malfunctions could have an influence. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekend and select holidays. It takes 3 to 5 business days to process your order. Once the order is processed and shipped out, an email with your tracking number will be sent.
Free shipping is available on orders over $65 to Canada, before tax and shipping fees. It is only available for delivery in Canada. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when you choose the free shipping option. We only offer regular shipping at this time. Once the order is processed and shipped out, you should expect your order to be delivered within 5 to 10 business days.
