Return or Exchange Policy
At Travel N’ Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). If for any reason you want to return or exchange the item(s) you purchased, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase date in its original condition.
Products eligible for return or exchange must be:
1) New, unused and in good condition which includes all original tags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange.
2) Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number)
All returns or exchanges must be returned within 30 days from the day you have received your order. The credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to you once we’ve received your item(s) back. The credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s), the credit should appear on your next statement. Once the return process is completed, you should receive an email with a confirmation. Please note that we do not refund the cost of the original shipping fees.
Returns or Exchanges
If you wish to process a return or exchange, we recommend that you contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing the order number of your purchase and an explanation as to why you would like to return or exchange the product(s). We will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA). Pack and seal your return securely making sure to indicate your RA number clearly on the package when you ship it back to us. This will allow us to track your return, that has been sent in the original package if possible or any other package available. Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense including any customs fees (if applicable). We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as Travel N’ Gear are not held responsible for any lost returns.

Manufacturer Warranty of Merchandise
Each product on the website has a dedicated warranty from each manufacturer. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, loss of use or other consequential damages, nor does it cover repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons.
