Travel N’ Gear has the right to share listings that appear on the website and advertise these given listings through email and social media without giving the User prior notice. User understands that by submitting a listing to the website, Travel N’ Gear has the right to use the listing at their discretion without User approval.

We may share your personal information with Merchants. From time to time, Merchants request personal information on Travel N’ Gear customers who purchased an ad in order to aid redemption with the latter. In those cases, we share with Merchants certain personal information required for such a communication. Sharing this personal information allows a Merchant to send advertising directly to you at their option. However, we will only share personal information with a Merchant that is directly involved in this specific Identification Activity. We specifically decline any responsibility or liability for the actions of such a Merchant. We inform Merchants that they are permitted to communicate with you only for the purposes of the specific promotion with Travel N’ Gear. We, however, do not have any responsibility for the actions of the Merchants following the sharing of personal information in accordance with this Policy.

We may remarket your information
Remarketing is a way for us to connect with users, based upon your past interactions with the Website. Travel N’ Gear may hire Third Party Service Providers in order to provide remarketing services.
